Former Executive Managing Director & Chief Legal Officer of S&P Global Ratings Joins Crypto Asset Rating as Corporate and Regulatory Advisor

Crypto Asset Rating (CAR), the Independent Structured Rating Agency, is pleased to announce that it has expanded its global team further with the appointment of David Goldenberg as Corporate and Regulatory Advisor. In this capacity, David will bring to CAR his extensive legal, compliance and regulatory experience in the financial services industry, including in the area of credit ratings.

David most recently was the Chief Legal Officer at S&P Global Ratings, the world’s largest credit rating agency, where he led a global team of more than 40 legal professionals and served on the firm’s Executive Committee. David joined S&P after serving as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Muzinich & Co., a corporate credit investment management firm. Earlier in his career, David was general counsel at Mercer, the global consulting, benefits and investment firm, Director of Legal Affairs at Lazard Asset Management and Global Director of Compliance at Citigroup Asset Management.
