7 Springs Orthopedics Partners With Harpeth High School to Provide 'Health and Wellness' Room

BELLEVUE, Tenn. - October 23, 2019 - (Newswire.com)

7 Springs Orthopedics has partnered with Harpeth High School in Kingston Springs, TN, by donating a ‘Health and Wellness’ room for both students and faculty. The ‘Health and Wellness’ room provides the equipment and space needed to perform functional activities, aerobic exercises, sports-specific training, and more. This room can also be utilized for mental wellness and relaxation, through activities such as stretching, yoga, and mobility exercises.

“Harpeth High School is extremely blessed to have formed a partnership with 7 Springs Orthopedics this year,” said Dr. Lee Rector, Principal of Harpeth High School. “The school now has a very well-equipped Health and Wellness room that can be used for our students and staff to encourage fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Students in our health-related classes and our student-athletes have a location in the building to exercise. This room will also prove beneficial for the staff for overall health. Thank you so much 7 Springs Orthopedics for partnering with Harpeth High School!”

7 Springs Orthopedics is a multi-clinic provider of comprehensive orthopedic care offering a wide array of services. Treating everything from musculoskeletal pain and injuries to complex fractures, spinal issues, and pain management needs. The company’s best-in-class model aligns with the shifting healthcare climate towards accessible, patient-centered, and convenient same-day services. With same or next-day appointments and complete orthopedic services available at every clinic, patients experience a healthcare team that’s friendly, effective, and truly values their time. The Advanced Practice Providers at 7 Springs are highly skilled muscle, bone, and joint specialists that listen to patients, take the necessary time to answer questions and develop an individualized care plan for each specific condition.

“As soon as we heard the idea of a health and wellness room, we immediately started to work with Dr. Lee and his team to make this happen”, said Craig Turner, Director of Marketing for 7 Springs.  “We couldn’t be more excited to be a part of this overarching health initiative – within the school, the county, and (really) the country! The best part of this project has been the opportunity to have a continued role in the health goals of the community. Not only are we building a space that will continue to serve this school, but we are excited to be able to have an ongoing presence on the campus, facilitating training and education through our Orthopedics & Physical Therapy program,” he continued.

7 Springs Orthopedics has established an initiative to partner with local schools in order to provide them with the much-needed access to orthopedic care. Many of the communities surrounding Nashville do not have access to orthopedic care in their neighborhoods. With a new clinic located in the rapidly-growing Bellevue area, 7 Springs Orthopedics offers musculoskeletal care to the West Nashville area, including Bellevue, Pegram, Kingston Springs, Fairview, and more.

As Cathy Kowalski, 7 Springs Orthopedics’ Chief Operating Officer states, “We are delighted to have launched a partnership with Harpeth High School that focuses on both of our commitments to wellness.”

7 Springs Orthopedics’ new location in Bellevue, TN, opened in May of 2019 and resides in One Bellevue Place. 7 Springs Orthopedics offers both orthopedic care and physical therapy.
