Home prices are rising at the slowest pace since 2012: Just 2.1%, Case-Shiller shows

The cost of buying a house in the U.S. continued to slow in June, a key price barometer showed, although signs are emerging that the big deceleration over the past year my be coming to an end. The S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller 20-city price index was flat in June, while increase over the past 12 months fell to a seven-year low of 2.1%.
