Colorado grows annual cannabis sales to $1 billion as other states struggle

Colorado residents are spending, on average, $280 on marijuana, the highest average in states where marijuana legalization has passed. The cannabis market has already delivered $1 billion in revenue to Colorado and a first-mover advantage over other states.
