(NYSE: ARLO), the #1 internet connected camera brand in the U.S.,1 today announced that its first Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Friday, July 19, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. Pacific Time, at the Company’s headquarters in San Jose, California. The Board of Directors has established Monday, June 10, 2019 as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting, in-person or by proxy.
