Earlier this year, MERA was for the ninth time selected to The Global Outsourcing 100, the annual listing of the world’s best outsourcing service providers compiled by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®). Although the list of companies was unveiled in February, the categories each provider qualified for could only be revealed in mid-April. The results were based upon an evaluation of the scores over the entirety of The Global Outsourcing 100 program.
