This unit is rated for use in Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, and D as well as IECEx and ATEX certifications for hazardous locations. This unit is rated IP68 for use indoors and outdoors and can withstand sun, wind, rain, snow, and sleet. Larson Electronics’ explosion proof LED floodlight is made of a copper-free, non-sparking, die-cast aluminum alloy housing and tempered glass lens that are vibration and impact resistant. This unit features a lightweight A-frame mounting base constructed from industrial grade non-sparking aluminum with powder coating for durability. The unit has a 100-foot 16/3 SOOW cord that is fitted with an explosion proof cord cap. Suitable applications include industrial grade construction, warehouses, commercial settings, and more.
