OPEC looks to cancel April meeting as oil-producer committee reports improved output-cut compliance

The Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee of oil producers on Monday reported a sizable improvement in compliance with production cuts implemented at the start of this year and recommended that the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries cancel its ministerial meeting scheduled for April.
