AVALONBAY COMMUNITIES, INC. (NYSE: AVB) announced today that its 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2019 at 8:00 A.M. local time. Stockholders of record of the Company's Common Stock as of the close of business on March 5, 2019 are entitled to vote at and attend the Annual Meeting.
