Thyssenkrupp proposes former Bayer finance chief as CFO

Thyssenkrupp on Friday said it would propose to appoint former Bayer finance chief Johannes Dietsch as chief financial officer, continuing to fill numerous vacant jobs that have been left unfilled following months of crisis.
