City of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Goes Live with Tyler Technologies’ ExecuTime Solution

Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) announced today that the city of Muskogee, Oklahoma, has successfully gone live with Tyler’s ExecuTime enterprise workforce management solution.

The city of Muskogee initially issued a request for proposals (RFP) to automate their employee timekeeping and scheduling with the goal of saving its employees time and saving the city money by eliminating manual paper processes. After selecting Tyler’s ExecuTime solution, the city and Tyler worked together to achieve a successful go-live for the city’s various departments.

“Tyler was our top choice in providing a user-friendly time and attendance program which met the needs of employees, supervisors, and our departmental payroll clerks,” said Kelly Plunkett, human resources director for the city of Muskogee. “Since implementation of the ExecuTime software solution, we have eliminated paper, streamlined our payroll process, and reduced payroll processing time from days to just hours. Our goal was to save time and money and we have successfully accomplished these objectives.”

Tyler’s ExecuTime solution offers flexible configuration, time capturing abilities, work schedules and leave requests, and was the only vendor to offer automated integration with its existing human resources and payroll system. This means that custom development, and the additional costs associated with it, was not needed.

“We’re pleased to provide the city of Muskogee with advanced time and record keeping through our ExecuTime solution,” said Chris Hepburn, president of Tyler’s ERP & Schools Division. “Our solution offers workforce management enterprise-wide, and we are confident that Muskogee will continue to find value in its advanced scheduling features, which automates and simplifies complex processes.”

The city of Muskogee is located approximately 50 miles southeast of Tulsa and has a population of nearly 40,000. Tyler also provides its Incode® court solution to the city of Muskogee; its New World public safety solution to the Muskogee City-County E911; and its Versatrans® school transportation solution to Muskogee Public Schools.
