Creating More Opportunities for Kids with Disabilities to be Physically Active
NORCROSS, Ga. - Aug. 14, 2018 - PRLog -- BlazeSports AmericaTM, a leader in the field of training and education for adaptive sports and recreation since 2003 and two-time recipient of the United States Olympic Committee's "Rings of Gold" award for program development, is excited to announce a partnership with JCC Association of North America to increase the capacity JCC program staff on inclusion of people with disabilities in adaptive sport and physical activity.  BlazeSports America and JCC Association are both members of the U.S. Olympic Committee's Multi-Sport Organizational Council.

Cynthia Frisina, executive director of BlazeSports America said, "We are very excited about this partnership with such a great organization as JCC Association and helping to increase adaptive sport and physical opportunities in the community for Jewish Community Centers' constituents with disabilities."

Through this partnership, Jewish Community Center program staff throughout the United States and Canada will have access to the BlazeSports Certified Adaptive Recreation and Sports Specialist Certification (CARSS™) online course at a special discounted rate. The CARSSTM credential demonstrates to employers and organizations leadership and knowledge in adaptive sports and recreation program development.
