BlazeSports America Institute for Adaptive Sports and Recreation Announces Advisory Committee Launch

ATLANTA - May 15, 2018 - PRLog -- BlazeSports AmericaTM, a leader in the field of training and education for adaptive sports and recreation since 2003, is pleased to announce the launch of its Advisory Committee for the BlazeSports Institute of Adaptive Sports and Recreation. The Advisory Committee advises and contributes to the development and strategic direction of the BlazeSports Institute of Adaptive Sport and Recreation. The Committee provides expert guidance on the latest trends, standards and best practices in the field of adaptive sport and physical activity.

The Advisory Committee is composed of BlazeSports staff and experts in the field of adaptive sports and physical activity, adapted physical education, therapeutic recreation, veteran services, coaching and related fields. The unique perspective of the academician, practitioner, coach, advocate and athlete is represented on BlazeSports Advisory Committee.

This collaborative group of experts will provide strategic input and guidance in order to build the capacity of community-based practitioners to serve people with disabilities," said Cynthia Frisina, Executive Director of BlazeSports America.

Jessica (Galli) Cloy, MS, Four-time Track & Field Paralympian; BlazeSports Track & Field Coach; Executive Board Member of Adaptive Track and Field USA; Junior Committee Chairperson for Adaptive Sports USA; Paralympic Advisory Committee member with the United States Olympic Committee
