McBee consulting leadership will present an educational session concentrating on how home health agencies can achieve strategies for conducting effective surveys under the new CoPs. The presentation will take place at the PHA 2018 Annual Conference in Pittsburgh, PA on April 25.
Lisa Bryan, Clinical Consulting Manager, will present the session “Strategies for Successful Surveys under the New CoPs,” which aims to help home health agencies adapt to the revised CoPs that went into effect three months ago. Lisa will be presenting alongside Margie Walsh, Executive Director, VNA, Western Pennsylvania at Lutheran SeniorLife‒ an agency that was surveyed immediately after the CoPs were implemented. Attendees will take-away strategies to improve documentation, care planning, and service delivery.
Lisa Bryan has over 27 years of home health operations experience with a broad range of skills from multiple roles in homecare. She has expertise in implementing EMRs, reviewing medical records for quality and compliance, and providing clinical based technical direction of EMR systems to ensure effectiveness and functionality.
