Celgene may buy Juno Therapeutics

Celgene Corp. (Nasdaq: CELG) engaged in discussions to potentially buy Juno Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: JUNO). Shares of Celgene plunged $2.80 to close at $102.02 while Juno stock leaped $23.65 to close at $69.25.
