Frontline in talks with Gener8 over deal to create world’s biggest tanker fleet

The talks are over a deal for Frontline to buy or merge with U.S.-listed Gener8, people with knowledge of the matter said, as Frontline owner John Fredriksen says the tanker major will likely drop its bid for DHT Holdings.
