AmbiCom Holdings Inc. (ABHI OTC) has recently filed an additional lawsuit against PC Drivers Headquarters, LP in the Federal court of Austin, TX.
One claim in the lawsuit relates to a contractual obligation due and owing from PC Drivers to AmbiCom for nonpayment of a service set for $200,000. This fee relates to the performance by AmbiCom performing and delivering, agreed upon set up technical aspects of the contract as it relates to the optimization software program.
A second claim in the lawsuit relates to the alleged violation of PC Drivers of a separate contract between AmbiCom and PC Drivers, limiting the use by PC Drivers, of AmbiComs optimization intellectual property to the consumer marketplace. AmbiCom is seeking damages of at least $10,000,000.
As an update to our current financials, AmbiCom will be filling an 8k will be filed shortly to reflect the most recent developments within AmbiCom.
