Hammerson: Simon Melliss Retires As CFO, Timon Drakesmith Appointed

LONDON -(Dow Jones)- Hammerson PLC (HMSO.LN), a property investment and development company, said Thursday that Simon Melliss, Chief Financial Officer, will retire on June 30, 2011, adding that Timon Drakesmith, currently Finance Director of Great Portland Estates PLC (GPOR.LN), has been appointed as CFO of Hammerson with effect from the end of May 2011.
