State below in reasonable detail why Forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-SAR, N-CSR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.
The Registrant is unable to file its quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended May 31, 2007 within the prescribed time period, due to unforeseen delays in the collection and review of information and documents affecting disclosures in the Report on Form 10-Q. Accordingly, the additional time is requested to compile all information necessary to accurately complete this Form 10-Q within the time period permitted by Rule 12b-25 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934. The Registrant expects to file the subject report no later than the fifth calendar date following the prescribed due date for the report.

Explanation of Anticipated Change
Net income is anticipated to be approximately $0.9 million, or $0.09 per fully diluted share, for the three months ended May 31, 2007 compared to a loss of $(0.2 million), or $(0.02) per fully diluted share, for the three months ended May 31, 2006. This change is primarily due to increased sales volume and the inherent higher gross margins over the comparable period.
Consolidated net sales increased $2.9 million for the three months ended May 31, 2007 as compared to the same period ended May 31, 2006. Display segment sales increased $0.7 million for the three-month comparative period and sales within the Wholesale Distribution segment increased by nearly $2.2 million for the three-month comparative period.
Consolidated gross margins increased to 35.1% as compared to 29.9% for the same period ended May 31, 2006.
Operating expenses as a percentage of sales decreased from 29.4% to 27.1% for the quarter ended May 31, 2007 compared to the quarter ended May 31, 2006
