Commerce Bancshares, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share on the company’s common stock payable June 26, 2009, to stockholders of record on the close of business of June 9, 2009. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
