Item 8.01. Other Events.
     On February 12, 2008 Intervoice, Inc. (“Intervoice”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that Intervoice has secured a contract with a U.S. wireless telecommunications company to provide speech-enabled self-service for its prepaid wireless subscribers. This long standing customer chose Intervoice to replace its existing prepaid self-service platform that was originally acquired from a competing vendor.
     The foregoing is qualified by reference to Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, which is incorporated herein by reference.
