On February 6, 2007, LaCrosse Footwear, Inc. issued a press release entitled “LACROSSE FOOTWEAR REPORTS FOURTH QUARTER AND YEAR-END RESULTS” regarding its consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2006. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
