Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 3, 2010, at 9:00 a.m., Central Standard Time, Dawson Geophysical Company (the
“Company”) held an investors’ conference call to review the financial results for the quarter ended
December 31, 2009, the Company’s first quarter of fiscal 2010. Furnished as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy
of the transcript of the Company’s presentation during that call and the questions and answers
following the presentation.
