Effective July 21, 2005, Patti Hart will step down from her position as a member of our Board of Directors and not stand for re-election for personal reasons.

On June 7, 2005, Plantronics, Inc. announced the appointment of Marshall Mohr to the Plantronics, Inc. Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit Committee. Mr. Mohr was formally elected to the Plantronics Inc. Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit Committee effective June 2, 2005.
