Results of Operations and Financial Conditions.
On May 2, 2018, Eversource Energy issued a news release announcing its unaudited results of operations for the three months ended March 31, 2018 and related financial information for certain of its subsidiaries as of and for the same period. A copy of the news release and related unaudited financial reports are attached as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, and are incorporated herein by reference thereto.
