On December 2, 2006, John P. Illges, III retired as a director of Total System Services, Inc. (“TSYS”) as a result of his attaining the age of 72, which age is specified in TSYS’ bylaws as the retirement age for directors. At the time of his retirement, Mr. Illges served as a member of the Audit Committee. | |
