Explanatory Note
This Amendment No. 1 amends the Current Report on Form 8-K for Fulton Financial Corporation (“Fulton”), originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 2, 2015 (the “Original Filing”), which was inadvertently submitted to EDGAR with the incorrect Corporate Presentation attached as Exhibit 99.1.

Fulton is filing this Form 8-K/A solely to attach the correct Corporate Presentation as Exhibit 99.1. No other changes have been made to the Original Filing.

Item 7.01 - Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 2, 2015, Fulton Financial Corporation ("Fulton") posted a new corporate presentation (the “Corporate Presentation”) on its Investor Relations website at www.fult.com. The Corporate Presentation, attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference, updates previously filed presentations and provides an overview of Fulton's strategy and performance.

The information furnished pursuant to this Item 7.01, including Exhibit 99.1, shall not be deemed "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act") or otherwise subject to the liabilities under that Section and shall not be deemed to be incorporated by reference into any filing of the Registrant under the Securities Act of 1933 or the Exchange Act.
