TEEKAY LNG PARTNERS L.P. ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER 2005
EARNINGS CONFERENCE CALL
Nassau, The Bahamas, July 20, 2005 – Teekay LNG Partners L.P. plans to release its financial results for the 2nd Quarter of 2005 after market close on Wednesday, July 27, 2005.
The Company plans to host a conference call on Thursday, July 28, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. EDT to discuss the results for the quarter. All shareholders and interested parties are invited to listen to the live conference call through the Company’s web site at www.teekaylng.com
A recording of the conference call will be available until midnight, Thursday, August 4, 2005, by dialing (719) 457-0820 and entering access code 7558684. Alternatively, an archive of the conference call will remain on the Company’s web site until August 28, 2005.

Teekay LNG Partners is a Marshall Islands partnership recently formed by Teekay Shipping Corporation as part of its strategy to expand its operations in the liquefied natural gas (or LNG) shipping sector. Teekay LNG Partners L.P. provides LNG and crude oil marine transportation services under long-term, fixed-rate contracts with major energy and utility companies through its fleet of seven LNG carriers and five Suezmax class crude oil tankers.
