SUMMARY OF RESOLUTIONS OF THE
205th MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
CPFL Energia S.A. informs its shareholders and the market in general, that at the 205th Meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 25, 2012 the following matters were resolved:
I. Approval: Acquisition of electric energy from renewable source for the period from January 2013 to December 2031 by CPFL Brasil;
II. Approval: Administrative Rule for the Long Term Incentive Plan for Executives (ILP Rule), which establishes guidelines for the long term incentive plan for eligible executives and 2012 grants; and
III. Other matters unrelated to CVM Instruction 358/2002, as amended.
