GOL Wins the ‘IR Magazine Awards Brazil 2010’ Award in the ‘Most Progress in Investor Relations’ Category

São Paulo, July 15, 2010 – GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. (NYSE: GOL and BM&FBOVESPA: GOLL4), (S&P/Fitch: BB-/BB-, Moody`s: Bra3), the largest low-cost and low-fare airline in Latin America, won the ‘IR Magazine Awards Brazil 2010’ award in the “Most Progress in Investor Relations” category, among the country’s leading companies in market value, ratifying the company’s efforts to constantly improve its corporate governance and financial information disclosure practices, with the objective of serving the interests of all its stakeholders transparently and impartially. The award was given by the “IR Magazine” and “Revista RI” magazines, and the Brazilian Institute of Investor Relations (IBRI).

The award, which honors excellence in communications with shareholders and investor relations practices in Brazil, is based on an independent survey conducted by the Brazilian Economic Institute of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) from a sample of 400 analysts and institutional investors and 5,000 individual investors.
