CPFL Energia S.A. hereby announces to its shareholders and the market in general that its 130th Board of Directors Meeting, held on December 17, 2008, deliberated the following:
I. Approval: Annual Audit Plan (CPFL Energia);
II. Approval: Corporate Events Calendar (CPFL Energia);
III. Approval and Vote Recommendation: Addendums to Independent Audit Agreements (CPFL Energia and Subsidiaries);
IV. Vote Recommendation: Property sale (CPFL Piratininga);
V. Vote Recommendation: Contracting of substation works (CPFL Paulista, CPFL Piratininga, CPFL Santa Cruz, CPFL Mococa and RGE);
VI. Vote Recommendation: Addendums to the Agreements with Tivit (CPFL Paulista, CPFL Piratininga and CPFL Brasil);
VII. Other matters not related to CVM Instruction nr. 358/2002 and amendments thereto.
