(2)	The securities beneficially owned by the reporting person's spouse, Ms. Pui Chu Tang, are held by Keywin Holdings Limited. Ms. Tang is the sole shareholder of Keywin Holdings Limited and therefore may be deemed to beneficially own the securities held by it.
