Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

The Blackstone Group L.P. (“Blackstone”) has posted on its website at ir.blackstone.com a presentation that will be used during its previously announced Investor Day for shareholders and analysts scheduled for today, September 21, 2018, at 8:00 a.m. ET, along with separate supplemental financial information. Blackstone uses its website as a channel of distribution of financial and other important information about the company. The contents of our website are not, however, a part of this report.

The supplemental financial information includes certain information presented on a basis other than under accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (“non-GAAP”) related to prior periods for which financial information has already been issued, but presented and calculated using updated definitions that will be used for Blackstone’s presentation of certain non-GAAP financial information for the quarter ending September 30, 2018.
