On May 10, 2018, TTM Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the hosting of an “analyst day” on May 24^th. As disclosed in the press release, the Company arranged for the simultaneous webcast of the analyst day presentation on the Company’s website, and for a replay of the presentation to be accessible for a limited period of time. The Company also prepared written materials as part of the presentation that are available on the Company’s website.
