Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 12, 2016, Recro Pharma, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2016. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

 

Item 7.01

Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 12, 2016, Recro Pharma, Inc. presented a poster entitled “An Evaluation of the Efficacy and Safety of N1539, a Novel Intravenous Formulation of NanoCrystal Meloxicam, in Subjects with Moderate to Severe Pain Following Hysterectomy” at the 35^th Annual Meeting of the American Pain Society in Austin, Texas. A copy of the poster is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
