ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On April 22, 2010, Columbia Sportswear Company (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its first quarter 2010 financial results, global full 2010 order backlog and initial full year 2010 financial outlook. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
In its April 22, 2010 press release, the Company also announced that its board of directors approved a dividend of $0.18 per share of common stock to be paid on May 27, 2010 to its shareholders of record on May 13, 2010.
