Other Events.

In connection with the previously announced underwritten public offering of Orrstown Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”) common stock, members of the Company’s executive management team will begin “road show” presentations to prospective investors beginning March 17, 2010. A copy of the Power Point presentation being presented to prospective investors is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
