AK Steel Holding Corporation is hereby furnishing the following information under Regulation FD:
On February 16, 2007, AK Steel Corporation issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit No. 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein, announcing that the company and the United Auto Workers (UAW) have reached a tentative agreement on a new labor contract covering about 380 hourly production and maintenance employees of Local 3462 at the company’s Coshocton (OH) Works. The tentative agreement is subject to ratification by Local 3462 members.
