Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

 

   

The Company’s vice chairman and director, Mr. James H. White resigned (retired) from the Company’s Board of Directors effective December 31, 2005. In addition to retiring from the Company’s board of directors, he is also retiring from each of the Company’s subsidiary banks’ board of directors, where he has served as director since the inception of each of those banks. Mr. White did not serve on any of the board committees.
