Item 1.01 – Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On November 26, 2004, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Broadwing Corporation increased the annual base salary of Lynn Anderson, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Broadwing Corporation, to $286,948.12, effective November 11, 2004.
