 Item 7.01               Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 12, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. ET, PacificHealth Laboratories, Inc. (the “Company”) is hosting a “Meet the Management” conference call and audio webcast to introduce the most recent additions to its senior management team.   Jason Ash, newly appointed President and Chief Operating Officer, and Matthew Spolar, newly appointed Vice President of Product Development and Supply Chain, will present updates on the Company’s most recent activities and provide brief overviews of their respective responsibilities at the Company.  A copy of the slides referenced and made available in connection with the conference call and audio webcast is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
