(b) Effective November 15, 2010, Anthony J. Short submitted his voluntary resignation from the board of directors of Craft Brewers Alliance, Inc. (the “Company”), in connection with his leaving the employ of Anheuser-Busch, Inc. (“A-B”). Mr. Short had served as a director of the Company since May 2000 as one of two directors designated by A-B pursuant to contractual rights granted to A-B by the Company.
