Republic Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:RBCAA) today announced that its CEO - Acquisitions and Corporate Strategy, Ted M. Parker, has resigned from the Company effective close of business on November 28, 2008 in order to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Parker has served in this capacity since September 2, 2008.
