Effective August 31, 2008 (the “Effective Date”), Scott J. Womble amicably resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of NeoMedia Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”). As of the date of this Current Report, the Company has not yet decided on a replacement for Mr. Womble and expects to appoint a replacement in the near future.
