Item 8.01  Other Events
 
On March 8, 2007, Fortress International Group, Inc. (“FIGI”) announced it expected to issue its fourth quarter and yearly earnings release on March 14, 2007. FIGI will also release summary information on Total Site Solutions, which was acquired by FIGI on January 19, 2007. FIGI will conduct a conference call at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on March 14, 2007 to discuss the results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2006. Instructions on how to access the call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
