Item 5.02  Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

On May 19, 2006, Streicher Mobile Fueling, Inc. (the "Company") accepted the resignation of W. Greg Ryberg as a member of the Board of Directors and elected Nat Moore in his stead. Mr. Moore also replaced Mr. Ryberg as a member of the Company’s Audit and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees.

A copy of the Press Release regarding the election of Mr. Moore is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
