Termination of Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer
In
accordance with a board resolution dated February 22, 2007, Xfone, Inc. (the
“Registrant”) terminated Mr. Gilad Amozeg, its Executive Vice President,
Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer, and Principal Accounting Officer from his
positions with the Registrant, effective immediately.
The
Registrant is commencing a search to fill the Treasurer / Chief Financial
Officer / Principal Accounting Officer position.
