On March 25, 2014 Randall Glein informed Tremor Video, Inc. (the “Company”) that he will not seek re-election to the Company’s board of directors at the Company’s 2014 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). Mr. Glein will continue to serve as a director until the Annual Meeting.
