On April 1, 2010, Nature’s Sunshine Products, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its 2010 Annual Meeting of shareholders will be held on Friday, July 30, 2010 at the Company’s principal executive offices located at 75 East 1700 South, Provo, Utah. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 21, 2010, will be entitled to vote at the meeting. The Company further announced the deadline for the receipt of shareholder proposals for inclusion in the Company’s proxy statement. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
