On February 26, 2009, CA, Inc. announced the results of its cash tender offer to purchase any and all of the $352 million outstanding principal amount of its 4.750% Senior Notes due 2009.  A copy of CA’s press release regarding the results of the tender offer is attached to this report as exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
